Digital products

Our plans are digital and generated for the exact configuration you choose. Once the files have been delivered to your account, they are generally non-refundable.

If something is wrong

If your files are missing, corrupted, or do not match the configuration you ordered, contact us within 14 days. We will fix the problem or, if we cannot, refund you.

Before delivery

If you contact us before your files have been delivered, we will cancel and refund the order.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply by law where you live.
