What you may do

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the drawings to build one house at one site, to share them with your builder, engineer, architect, bank and authorities for that project, and to adapt them for that same project.

What you may not do

Resell, publish, share or redistribute the drawings or the design to others, use them for more than one building, or present them as your own work.

Ownership

Karakızlı Architecture keeps the copyright in the designs and drawings. You receive a licence, not ownership.

Responsibility

The drawings must be reviewed and approved by a licensed local professional before construction. Local regulations vary.
